Again, AMS have been design to cater to the growing needs of NRI/PIO investors. It’s essentially a concierge service provided to you at a fixed monthly fee per vacant or let-out property. Services included within AMS are as follows:
- Lettings management. For our selected developments, we have formed strategic alliances with competent Letting agents in India. We work closely with you and the agents to ensure you get the right tenants, formalise leasing documents and ensure rent is credited to your Indian bank account every month.
- In vacancy time, Blue ocean team will make regular visits to your properties. This includes review safety, any utility bills due or any repair works etc. We will notify you of any such matters for you to arrange bills payment etc.
- Regular maintenance services. This is again a vacant time service or preparation of property prior to new let.
Ultimately, we want to offer you complete solutions. The fee for AMS are based on the size and location of property. We prefer to offer our valued added services (AMS, PMS and RMS) to our clients who have bought their investment properties through us. |
