Portfolio management service (PMS) is a value added service for the more serious investors. We charge a nominal fee of £150 paid on a bi-annual basis for PMS. Under PMS, we provide you the following services:
- A detailed portfolio surgery. This includes assessing the current market value of your Indian investments through independent broker quotes in the market. Re-evaluating your current rental income with the market rates and proposing any revisions to tenancy arrangements.
- Re-viewing the portfolio on an annual basis. To pick-out any slow growing properties and providing you our recommendations for any re-arrangement to your portfolio.
