Our Regulation Management Services (RMS) are provided at a nominal fee based on the scope of work. The services included under RMS are as follows:

• Getting your Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) card. If you hold a non Indian passport, you need this card to be eligible for NRI investment rights in India.
  
• Indian Tax facilitation. This will only trigger when you start making monthly income from lettings or in the event you sell your property and want to repatriate the gains. Blue Ocean will manage all your Indian taxation and repatriation work through our tie-ups with some of the most credible accountancy firms.
